Randy G. Sager

Owner / President

Randy has been in the construction industry for 30 years, for both military and civilian construction projects. His knowledge of construction covers a myriad of projects, and their specific scopes of work, from epoxy injection technologies to heavy iron erection and technical petroleum installations. He is responsible for leadership and training of the entire staff, along with the everyday business aspects that are required of a President, to include the planning and achievement of the company’s overall goals in Safety, HR, and business profitability for the future.

 

Joann Duenas

General Manager

Joann has worked in the construction business since 2004 and specializes in Accounting since 1988. She was promoted to General Manager of Reaction Co. in 2017 and has expanded her role to handle all aspects of the company, mainly specializing in the Administration and Contracts department. She also assists in the Accounting division concerning Bonding. She has attended the initial training seminar in New Orleans, LA to learn the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) program which is a secure web-based system for electronic invoicing for the Federal Government to include the US Army, NavFacMarianas, US Air Force, US Coast Guard to name a few. She has also received updated training for WAWF in Washington DC. Joann has completed training as an Equal Employment Officer (EEO) and with the web-based program E-Verify as part of her background with Human Resources. Joann was also a founding member of the NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction) Guam Chapter. In addition to her work with Reaction Co., Joann is a member of the United States Army Reserves since 2008.

 

Harry Mike Livingston

Construction Division Manager

Mike has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has an Associate’s Degree in Civil & Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Guam. Mike started his career as a field technician in 1977 and has earned his way to his current position of Project Manager / Superintendent. He has extensive experience in civil work, steel building erection, site clearing/grading for utilities, and road/bridgework. Mike’s knowledge in the construction field has strengthened our field staff tremendously.


 

Antonio “Tony” Yanit

Project Estimator /Project Field Manager

Tony is a Civil Engineer by education and has been in the civil & steel construction field for over 30 yrs. Tony has worked in the Middle East on some very complex construction projects; and upon moving to Guam in 1996, he began to move into general construction; civil & steel construction. He has been our leading steel estimator & field project manager for the past 15 years. He has extensive knowledge of structural & pre-engineered steel construction. His various job duties require construction estimating; planning & project implementation/execution. He is keen to review & understand project plans; and their positive & negative aspects.


 

Jonathan Miclat

Project Estimator

Jonathan is a Draftsman / CAD operator by education and has been in the steel construction field for the past 4 years. Jonathan has worked in the Philippines & USA on some very complex steel detailing construction projects; and upon moving to Guam, in 2019 he began to move into general construction; civil & steel construction. He has been our go-to field project manager for executing our Guam DPW project permitting; which is an arduous task requirement that demands patience & perseverance. His various job duties require construction estimating; planning & project implementation/execution. He is very good at interfacing with other project managers; subcontractors, architects, government officials, and our clients.
