Randy G. Sager

Owner / President

Randy has been in the construction industry for 30 years., for both military and civilian construction projects.  His knowledge of construction covers a myriad of projects, and their individual specific scopes of work, from epoxy injection technologies, to heavy iron erection and technical petroleum installations. He is responsible for leadership and training of the entire staff, along with the everyday business aspects that are required of a President, to include the planning and achievement of the company’s overall goals in Safety, HR and business profitability for the future.


Joann Duenas

General Manager

Joann has worked in the construction business since 2004and specializes in Accounting since 1988. She was promoted to General Manager of Reaction Co. in 2017 and has expanded her role to handle all aspects of the company, mainly specializing in the Administration and Contracts department. She also assists in the Accounting division with regards to Bonding.  She has attended the initial training seminar in New Orleans, LA to learn the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) program which is a secure web-based system for electronic invoicing for the Federal Government to include the US Army, NavFacMarianas, US Air Force, US Coast Guard to name a few. She has also received updated training for WAWF in Washington DC. Joann has completed training as an Equal Employment Officer (EEO) and with the web-based program E-Verify as part of her background with Human Resources.  In addition to her work with Reaction Co., Joann is a member of the United States Army Reserves since 2008

Residential / Commercial / Industrial Construction and renovations for over 40 years.
Hands on craftsman and construction management. Experience includes: Estimating, sales, scheduling, customer service, quality control, safety and project management.

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation. Allocate resources for assigned projects. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and government officials and clients. Negotiate with contractors to reserve reasonable order costs. Identifies, mitigates and manages project risk effectively and stay primarily focused on project and client success. Independently resolves detailed and complex project issue. Follow up on project issues to achieve resolution.

Debbie Finona

Administrative Assistant

Debbie has joined the construction business since 2015 and has a strong background in Administration. She handles a variety of tasks that includes new worker processing, monthly reports processing and payroll. Her addition to our company now strengthens our administration and finance departments.
