Reaction Co. is a general contracting firm that performs a wide array of construction projects on Guam, CNMI & Micronesia. It is currently managed by its owner, Randy G. Sager. We accomplish a majority of our work with our own workforce. Our clients include the US Military, Federal Government and the Govt. of Guam. Typical projects include commercial & industrial buildings, civil construction with site and utilities development.
